Finding invitations to give a proposal and looking at the employers stats

I have received an invitation to send in a proposal on a job on my upwork app, however I am not able to find it here on the website and I am not able to view the employer's rating on the app. Can someone point me in the right direction?

On the main page, click on the bell icon.  It should be there.

You should also find it on your "My Proposals" page. Under "Invitations to interview."

However, if you can't find it anywhere it may have been a scam attempt and the job removed.
