Finding sent proposals

Ok I can't believe this but I can not seem to find the actual proposals freelancers tell me they have sent.  the 'VIEW PROPOSALS' button does not take one there, but to a list of freelancers, and if I click on the freelancer I know sent the proposal it starts this circle over again.  Where does Upwork hide these?

Sorted this out but what a stupid set-up.

 They are insane to set it up this way. A 'PROPOSAL' is being found under a "HIRE' button - two different things in the hiring process.

One expects a document to download - that is a proposal, and once reviewed, you then 'NEGOTIATE' then 'HIRE'.

Unbeleivable.
