First JSS and evaluation date

Hi all, 

I've returned to freelancing after a while, only to recognize so much has changed so far. I have a question on JSS. I perfectyle understood the criteria to obtain it, however I think one thing is not clear. I am not sure if the first JSS is granted right when you are eligible, or it will be granted on the evaluation day (once in 15 days)?

Changes in the JSS only happen once in 2 weeks, as per My Stats page.
