Forced to signup as a freelancer

Every time I sign in, I am directed to the Freelancer Sign Up page and there's no way around it. I already have a freelancer account so I can't go any further (not allowed to use duplicate numbers).

Can someone please give me the Support email?

Im not sure why Upwork makes it so hard to get help. Community forums and chatbots make for such a poor customer support experience.

Same thing keeps happening to me every year os so when I try to sign up AS A CLIENT ------NOT FREELANCER  ---into my acct!!! ---------HELP !!!!
