Forgotten password, security question and its answer

Hi, I can't sign in my first/main account. I've tried resetting methods suggested on the upwork community but I forgot both my password, security question, and its answer. I was forced to create a second account (what I am using right now) just to reach the community. Please help me to recover it or it is possible to merge this account and the old one. The only thing I know that I can do is to open my gmail and provide my personal details linked to my upwork account. Please I need your help.

You can use the form in this help article to help you recover access to your account. As a reminder, having multiple accounts is a serious violation of the Upwork TOS. I suggest that you proceed to close the account you are currently posting with, as soon as you've regained access to your main one.
