Hello good afternoon, I would like to request additional information about the W-8BEN form. Would you like to know where I can download the format to send it or can all this process be done within the configuration of the work platform? and what information do I need to fill it out. I do not dominate this TAX topic very much.

The Form W-8BEN is a form used to confirm you’re not a U.S. taxpayer and that Upwork is not required to withhold taxes from your earnings. For record-keeping purposes, Upwork requires a Form W-8BEN for all non-U.S. taxpayers paid on Upwork. For more information, you may visit this help article. 

To access your Form W-8BEN, please go to your account's Settings > Tax Information, and fill-in the form.
