Fradulent job post

so this client posted a job about a bug in his react application and i submitted the proposal for 40 connects.

the next time i checkd the job its title was changed, its description was changed and its required skill set also changed.

the first time it required a react developer and now the job requires a flutter developer.

I have successfully destroyed my 40 connects over nothing but a reason unkown job.

I mean how upwork could allow such behavior. why its posible to update the existing job post with totally different requirements.

what would happen to those freelancers who already applied it with there connects??

Hi Andrea, thank you for the appropriate response, but you did'nt mentioned about if we could get back our connects.

So i will be advised before applying for purposal to new jobs since they can edit it and now its seems more risky.

so i'll accept your response as solution.
