Fraud from Freelancer

I have an account with Freelancer. Last night I sent a bid to a job listing and the person sent me a chat. Here's the job requirements/description. I'm appalled because a lot of people placed a bid...

Can you report it to Freelancer?  Also, you can PM a moderator with any information you may have about this person.  Sadly, buying and selling profiles has been happening out there.

Great idea! I will do that! It's just terrible... People are looking for a job, some are desperate and there are people that are just taking advantage of that.
