How can I contact Upwork???

My 70 connects are not showing on the system. I just upgraded to freelancer plus and I only received 54 connects (I just used one). Where are my other connects??

Answer: The connects you receive are prorated according to your billing cycle.

"For example: If you upgrade seven days into your billing cycle, you'll get the 10 monthly Plus Connects bonus and 14 prorated Connects (two per day), for a total of 24. Starting the next billing cycle, you'll receive the full 70."

When you upgraded to the plus membership plan, then the connects you receive are prorated. You can find more information about this here.
