 I have purchased freelancer plus $10 plan after expering basic plan so i should get 70 connects but i received only 30 connects instead of 70 connects.

You get 70 connects for the whole month, that means +10 connects compare with non-plus membership.

You have 20 connects left, after activation you get +10 more, that make 30.

No but total 70 connects i should get while purchasing, i had purchased once i have exhausted basic plan 60 connects, so my point is i purchased plus plan which 70 connects then why only 30 connects ?

Because it is pro-rated. You will get 70 at the beginning of your new billing cycle.
