Freelancer account not working

I signed up today, and it took me to a page (see screenshot) and it won't get out of there. No matter how I get out, log in and log out, it just says I need to create a freelancer account but does not take me there when I click the link. Can upwork people please look at that? Or give me a direct link. When I signed up I clicked on looking for work.
