Freelancer or Agency

Hi. My name is Katsiaryna. I'm new in Odesk. I'm interesting in account settings.
I work alone as a freelancer. But I'm owner of a privet enterprise (company) and payment from Odesk should go to company bank account.
So quetion is should I register an agency or I can write company bank details in my freelance account?
