How can I directly contact upwork? We're having a lot of trouble but cannot find answers on the support page. This is getting frustrating.

As a new freelancer who has earned zero dollars thus far, not all possible contact options are open to you. So you can't just call Upwork directly, if that's what you're thinking. But you can create a Help Desk ticket.
