Full payment not received

Hi, 

Got a bit of a payment issue. I'm charging $12.50 an hour and worked 29:20 hours this month. 

That's $366.67 (as Upwork have clearly stated on my 'time and earnings' page).

My maths is that $366.67 minus 20% is $293.37. 

However, it states on the same page that this month I am due to receive $117.17. 

I received this amount. But am very confused as to where the rest of the payment has gone. 

Could anyone advise? 

I am due for monthly payments and am using a direct to local bank payment method.

Familiarize yourself with your Reports Overview page

Thank you for pointing me to this! So from what I understand, I have not lost this payment and will still receive the rest of this payment? Could you clarify? Thanks!

Did you not find the remaining money on on one or more of the tabs on your Reports Overview page? In Pending or Under Review?
