First, you need to get your profile approved (most are rejected)

Then you need to win a contract (most of those who are approved never do)

Then you need to get paid.

THEN you can go to your Settings page, click on "Get Paid" and select whichever withdrawal method suits you best.

This seems to be one of the spam questions being asked in the forum over the past few days (the others being "can I work as both a client and a freelancer" and "how can I have more than one account"). Not sure what the purpose is.
