GETTING PAID

Hi,

My name is Joan. Am from Kenya. I recently joined upwork. I would like some assistance on the following. I have just been paid, but the amount sent to my Mpesa is less than the total amount am supposed to receive. My available balance was $599.41, Mpesa transaction fee is $0.99 so the money sent is supposed to be $598.41, but i have received $566.98. Please help.

In addition to what Upwork charges, there may be additional costs on M-Pesa's side. M-Pesa's outgoing fees vary by method and amount, please check with M-Pesa for any additional fees.
