Get Paid is blank

I was trying to resolve my Paypal payment method ("my beneficiary name does not fit my Upwork account name"), but now every time I click on the "Get Paid" section, the link is totally blank. Please resolve.

Could you try to clear your cache and cookies or log in via another browser to add your payment method? Thank you.
