Hi all. I just got my first earnings on my Upwork balance. But every time I try to withdraw it to my PayPal account, the transaction gets declined, and the payment method becomes disabled. I wonder, the problem comes from my Upwork account or Paypal account. Has anyone encountered the same problem before?

I strongly recommend you reach to support.upwork.com , sometimes bugs happens or false positives fraud detection fires.

Unfortunately, I'm not able to reach the support team. Every time I try to connect the bot redirects me to this page and says that moderators will resolve my problems if I post it here.
