Getting started on Upwork can take a lot of work and focus. To help make this process a little easier, we’ve created this post where you can request feedback on your profile. The community is full of experienced Upwork freelancers who are passionate about helping others. These users will review your profile and provide feedback based on their experience.

Your profile is quite appealing. It has a personal tone that makes you sound unique despite advertising skills that are not off the charts unique. 

I have little to add. One thing I like to see is the word "expert" somewhere in your profile. Once you use that word, you have opened up a whole new level of confidence. People will stop and listen to what an expert has to say. They don't always listen to people who aren't experts.

That said, don't force it. You convinced me that you know what you're doing. And you did so with a subtle touch. So why quibble?

The other thing is to rethink the competitive advantage option. This is where you project your uniqueness with a tangible item, such as you being the only admin. assistant who also speaks Islandic. The idea is to really differentiate yourself from the crowd because the crowd is enormous.

Empathizing your accounting skills would certainly help. There are, say, a million administrative experts on Upwork, but only a small percentage of them also know accounting. Bringing this to people's attention might help quite a bit.
