I started very well in upwork and that's how I earn 1000 dollars plus and I don't know why after completing my last order all of a sudden my profile lost ranking, lost full rank. I haven't received an invite in the last 45 days and the profile has very few views.

My Job Success Score is 100%.

However, when it comes to the technical side of this, I am a bit lost. But, I'm sure with the help of all of you wonderful people, I'll be able to figure it out in no time. As for the bidding process, I'm a bit traumatized I placed a few and none has been approved 48 hours down the line. But I'm sure with perseverance, I'll get the hang of it. I mean, it can't be harder than accidentally signing up for a cooking class instead of a dating app and ending up with a mean lasagna recipe, can it? Let's make those bids happen, team! Your profile looks good and it looks like you have completed seven (7) jobs with great feedback. I have only a few suggestions:

Hourly Rate: I think your rate is too low. Even if your SEO expertise is only a few years, the critical term is "expertise." If you have that expertise, your rate should mirror your experience and skill. Within Ukraine, almost all Etsy SEO experts I see are between $15/hr. - $50/hr, and there is no reason why your rate cannot be in this range.

Overview/Summary: Unless you want potential clients to see you as less than an expert, you should remove the junior from your main profile and specialized profiles summaries. You may have been a junior SEO Specialist at AdRise and Artesa, but on Upwork, your years of experience and skill with Etsy SEO is beyond that of a junior.

Project Catalog: You should also consider adding a project catalog. The project catalog allows you to setup a pre-packaged service that clients can choose to buy, without you sending a proposal. Read Get Started With Project Catalog for more information.

After that, just keep applying to jobs by writing great cover letters!

I have been on Upwork and followed the instructions on setting profile as per the instructions and I am not getting one thing which is about how the connects system works. I have applied for some projects as the first applicant and later on after several hours the client has no more applicants but still not hired or even received a profile visit. The first thing you should do is change your Photo. Your photo needs to be a picture showing a closer view of your face. A head and shoulders picture is good, but your current photo is not really appropriate for a profile picture. Read through Upwork's best practices for How to Choose A Good Profile Picture.

Most clients, in my opinion, will select freelancers based on skills and qualifications, and I would also be puzzled if clients avoided freelancers who reside in Ukraine.

More than likely, you are experiencing a decrease in views, invites or responses to proposals for other reasons. A lot of freelancers—even Top-Rated and Top-Rated Plus—are finding it difficult to get profile views and responses to their proposals. Keep applying for jobs that match your qualifications/skills by writing great cover letters; your experience is great and I believe the wins will come.

I reviewed your profile and it is a good start. Your title is good and you have several relevant skills selected. However, there are some things you should update.

Hourly Rate: Your rate is really high. Most data entry/bookeepers are between $5/hr. $15/hr., and many clients will ignore a profile with a rate as high as yours.

Overview/Summary: You need to focus on what value you can bring to potential clients. Clients are interested in your experience, but what they really want to know is how your skills/qualifications will benefit them. When you revise your overview/summary, remove your name and Data Entry clerk. Clients can see your name at the top of your profile and you want those first few sentences to focus on how you can help the client. For example:

I am a Data Entry Clerk with experience producing accurate data entry for companies and meeting their deadlines. I specialize in data entry and data research using Microsoft Office Suite of tools, Internet research, and other resources.

Please work on your profile - a couple of words are written incorrectly and it really does not say much about your skills or how you can address a client's needs. Do not put your education in the bio, there is a section for that. Try to describe what you can do for your clients and add portfolio items. Best of luck.

I reviewed your profile and there are some thing you need to work on:

Title: Your title is unfocused. You have four (4) different skillsets in your title: web development, content writing, graphic design, and virtual assistance. Most of these are not related and you should choose a category and focus your title on that. For example, Graphic/Web Designer. You can create another specialized profile for your virtual assistance and content writing work.

Portfolio: Clients will expect to see a portfolio with images from a graphic designer/web developer. You should add at least three (3) items that showcase your skills and experience.
