Getting started on Upwork can take a lot of work and focus. To help make this process a little easier, we’ve created this post where you can request feedback on your profile. The community is full of experienced Upwork freelancers who are passionate about helping others. These users will review your profile and provide feedback based on their experience.

I have carefully reviewed your profile but is not well stabdard enough, you still have a lot of things which I'm going to list below:

Firstly, your profile is not well detailed, Introduction is suppose to be coming years, then your years of experience and then your expertise, things you offer, people you've worked for, why they choose you and alot more and then you have to have three specialized profile

Secondly, you have to add more portfolio, and then regular update of your skills

Thirdly, create project catalogue, the maximum catalogue you can create is 20

Lastly, add more employment histoy and your other experience

Although, there are few things that lack and could not solve, e.g. my work history, i.e. on other platform, not possible to mention on the Upwork. etc

Actually your profile is well detailed but I feel like you should have a specialized profile 

Then add more skills to your profile to make it visible to buyers

Also create more project catalogue and change the title of the one you had is not eye catchy enough. Add more experience and also employment history

Your profile looks good, but clients rarely like being told to "hire me." I suggest revising it to something like:

"If you are looking for sales and great conversions of leads into orders then reach out to me and let's discuss how I can help."

You should have an English-speaking editor or writer review your write-up before you post it. You've got a few syntax issues in your short write-up and one or two grammatical errors. 

An English-speaking editor or writer should be able to help you out.

Hi, M U,

The entire focus of a profile should be what services you are offering and why you are an expert at that. As such, you should change your job title. "Freelancer" is not a service its a category of working. 

Think job titles: Writer or Graphic Desigher or Web Developer. That's what you want . Something like that.

Secondly, your write-up is too brief and not 100 percent convincing. To be convincing, you need is details. Provide specifics about the jobs you've done in the past. You worked for  "remote television ..." Well, tell us about those projects. Were they small, large, medium? Did you work with team? What kind of results did you get? What were your responsibilities during those projects? 

The more details you provide, the more convincing your profile will sound. Remember, nobody knows you from Adam at this point, so you have to prove you have expertise as much as you can, rather than just claiming you do.

Two changes I would make to your profile:

1) The first paragraph of your overview/summary sounds good, but the second paragraph starts with a goal that most clients are not interested in. Most clients come to Upwork to find freelancers--not employees. When you mention your career path and your potential, you are focusing on yourself, and clients are not concerned about you--clients want to focus on their needs. I recommend changing the following:

"My goal is to collaborate with you to fully understand your unique needs and deliver high-quality support. I aspire to contribute positively, not only as an individual but also as a valuable team member, ensuring your complete satisfaction."

In your last paragraph, remove the reference to employers.

"I am committed to delivering accurate, timely, and cost-effective results for my clients."

2) Add short job descriptions to each job in your employment history. This is especially important when the jobs are highly relevant to the services you provide on Upwork.

Hello Mehtab,

A few suggestions to help improve your profile:

1) In your title, use the correct format for each word: Front-End Web Developer | React.js | Next.js | Shopify | Wordpress

2) Remove the first sentence from your overview/summary: "👋 Hello and welcome to my profile! " Why? Because only the first two sentences of your summary are shown to clients when they search for freelancers. This means you have limited space to grab their attention, and you do not want to waste space with greetings.

The information under "What I Offer:" is more important to clients than the information under "Why Choose Me?" and "My Skill Set:"  I recommend placing ":magnifying_glass_tilted_left:What I Offer:"  and its information ahead of the others since clients are more interested in getting results.

At the end of your summary, everything after "FRONT-END DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT:" is a repeat and should be removed to reduce the size of your summary.

3) Consider adding Front-End Development to your skills list since you use it in your title and summary. We are allowed only 15 skill categories, so you will have to remove one if you choose to add Front-End Development.
