Get paid hourly job.

Hi

I have completed my first project on Upwork. As per my knowledge I should get paid on Monday.

My project started on Sunday and completed within 4 hrs (max time alloted is 5 hrs).

I have ended the conctract successfully. Is the payment automatic or should I ask client?

Hi Aswini,

You will have to wait a little longer.

What happens is:

1/ The working week for logged hours is Monday to Sunday. 

2/ You get the funds in your Upwork account 10 days later, on the 2nd Wednesday from the end of the working week. So, if you worked on the project last week, the funds will be ready on Wednesday September 11. 

3/ Then you can withdraw the funds.

You don't have to ask your client to do anything.
