Get paid

Can’t access get paid in settings. When I press the button “get paid” it doesn’t open it.

Hi Arthur,

Once you have the job finished and available funds on your account, you will need to set up one of our Get Paid Options to be able to withdraw your funds. You'll see them when you go to Settings> Get Paid> Add a Payment Method.

Also, you need to fill the W-8BEN form in your Settings> Tax Information in order to be able to withdraw your earnings from Upwork.  On the W-8BEN form and you can use your own legal name as it appears in your passport or other official documents.
