Hello,

I am Naveen actually I recently joined the upwork and I tried to set up my bank details in upwork to withdrawal the amount. But as I have only first name in all my legal documents and even in all the bank acounts. So i don't have my surename or last name.

So, now how can I receive the payment in bank and how to set up?

Please help me in it.

Feel free to update your profile to your first name only, (add your name in both fields) and then add your bank account. This way you should not experience any problems with connecting your payment method and withdrawing your funds. Thank you.

Thanks for your reply.

I did the same that you mentioned. i filled the name Naveen in both required fileds like Naveen Naveen

But after that I received mismatched msg from upwork. See in the attachment.

Even in bank account my Name is Naveen. only
