Get proposal visible to clients for new freelancers

As we are new to upwork, we do not qualify for jobs because of "Preferred Qualifications" like Job Success Score, Include Rising Talent, Upwork Hours etc. Is there anything like upwork premium where we pay and get our proposals visible to clients?

You don't have to pay in order to make your proposals visible. They're visible even if you don't happen to meet those preferred qualifications.

No, there isn't anything like that.

No, you can only purchase proposals  (connects) or buy membership, which basically does the same.

How would that help clients (!) find the best freelancers for their jobs?

Hey Pradhuman,

Would you really be ok, if you would work on your profile for several years, prove your skills through a no easy way, then someone else would pay and his proposal would be shown above yours? Would you find this fair, if it was done to you, not for you?
