I've been submitting proposals for the last couple of weeks, since I upgraded to an Agency membership. It's been fine, but now today, I'm not able to submit any proposals, even though I have connects. At the top of the job page, it says, "You have already submitted all of your agency's freelancer proposals." I have no idea what that means.
I'm currently the only member assigned to my agency, but I didn't know that there's a limit to how many proposals I can submit. And is there a limit per month or a limit in perpetuity?

Same issue here. At the top of the job page, it says, "You have already submitted all of your agency's freelancer proposals."
At the same time when a propsal submitted to a job posting, it is not been shown in the activity on this job. That means, after submitting the proposal it is not shown on the "Unanswered invites" or "Invites sent".

Hello there,
Thank you for your message. Could you please clarify if you are getting that error on a specific job or all jobs? Also, the unanswered invites or invites sent sections on the job will be updated based on the client's action on the said job post. The 'Invite sent' will show the direct invitation sent by the client to the freelancer and the 'Unanswered Invite' will show the number of invitations not been responded to yet.
Lastly, please update your profile name to include your real and verifiable name on your Upwork profile. You can add your Agency name and information on your Agency profile instead.

*Regarding the error message*
The message is still showing to all jobs which we have submitted the
proposal. Please find the attached snip file, which includes the error
message: "You have already submitted all of your agency's freelancer
proposals."
*Regarding the Client's action*
After submitting the proposal, while I was going through the client's
action, our submission is not even shown in the unanswered invite. (Means
if we are submitting a proposal, I guess it will be shown as an unanswered
invite)

Hi there,
You would see that pop-up message on all the job posts to which you have submitted proposals to. It is to inform you that you cannot submit any more proposals as you can only send one per job post. It is not an error message.
As for your second query, as Pradeep mentioned, the "invites" refer to when clients send freelancers an invite to apply for the job. Meaning, they reached out to those freelancers first. In your case, the client did not invite you to submit a proposal.

Same issue on ALL job posts on the pages of few of the freelancers in my agency, even if no one send a bid to this job post.
Looks like some bug.

I have the same situation. All job posts are inactive and noted, like "You have already submitted all of your agency's freelancer proposals."

I am facing the same issue, on all jobs. ! We haven't submitted any proposal yet. Please help. The screenshot is attached below.
