My client wants me to use the Upwork tracker so that I can work with him.

How and what can I send him so that he can send me the job offer?

I just created my profile and he wants me to start right away - like today.

Hi Charisa,

Since your profile is under review and has not so far been accepted into the marketplace, your client can use the directions outlined here to invite you to a job. This will allow you to work with the client although it won't bypass the review required to access the general marketplace and send proposals to jobs there.
