Getting Noticed But not getting invitations...

Hi Everyone,

I have been part of up work for over 3 months now and from the start, I am getting Noticed but not getting any Invitations Since the start I got 1 invitation and it was out of my expertise. 

Anybody can help in this regard. I would be glad. 
Should I have to make changes to my Profile or there is something else.

Welcome to Upwork. I see you have had many jobs in the past 3 months. I've been here 4 years and you have had at least double the amount of jobs I've had in the past 3 months. 🙂

So, as it's only recently you have noticed a slowing down, I'll put it down to the holiday season in the Western world. Basically, everyone disappears from mid-December until next week. It happens to me every year. I just wait and hope. 🙂

Sure, Wait is the best option here and I hope Soon when the holiday season ends the work becomes a normal routine. 

But one additional thing I need to know that all the Jobs I have done are through proposals or by Applying but not getting any invitations Since from the start as my competitors get.

Oh, invitations. That works on a cycle. Everyone is cycled to the first page roughly every 5-7 weeks depending on how many people are in your field. I find I get invites every 4 weeks in my field. I think your field is larger than my field, so you may only get invites very occasionally. Keep on applying instead.

I remember it took me at least 4 months to get invitations, but that was only after I noticed how to create a very specialised profile, it also helped me a lot being rising talent. Your profile looks very specialised and your job success score is 100%! With your qualities and reviews, you might want to consider raising your hourly rate as well. Clients are not always looking for the lowest rates, they are looking for freelancers that can do the job and are dedicated to doing it. Being confident is also something that attracts potential clients. I think you can certainly afford that! With 5 million clients using Upwork you've got nothing to lose!
