Hello,

I have 2 questions related:

1. When doing a wire transfer outside USA:

a. In Upwork, I can only plug in first and last names of myself, but in my bank account I have included my first, middle (father's), and last name. Will this prevent the funds transferred to reach my bank account?

2. After enterring the payment method - I have watched a video saying that there must be a payment schedule to take my funds. But what if my balance isn't big enough to withdraw my funds? Or if I don't want to? Because the maximum period I saw in the video was Quarterly.
