HELP, keep getting an error message about a "client's address" when trying to hire them

Hello,

I've been trying to hire a someone repeatedly and this is a time sensitive gig. I've linked my card to the site and filled out the necessary information. And the person I am hiring has done lots of gigs so I know it can be on our end, but I keep getting an error message telling me "You cannot join this team until a client puts an address" or something to that effect. I've put my address in on the site... So why is this happening? I need to hire this person quickly and it seems like a bug or something.
