Upwork customer support may indeed be able to help you with your situation.


But that won't be done by giving you a "new profile."

 

Upwork freelancers have only one profile.

If there is a problem with their original profile, that problem is resolved.

A new profile is not created because you are one person, and profiles represent one distinct person.
