Haven't received my Rising Talent status and badge

Hello, I had this account for some time now, and I still dont have a Rising Talent status and badge, even tho i recived an email, stating that i should recive one. Am i missing something here ? Or is it just a bug ?

Yes, i checked and i have meet all requirements, is there something i missed ? My profile is 100% complete.

P.S.

As i also noted, i recived email about me getting the rising talent status, but nothing happend ?
