I need help.

I am having a problem with my Payoneer account and i would like to link my friend's Payoneer account to it so that I can withdraw all my funds from here, pls i need help on this..

Okay thanks, my dad has a  payoneer and his name is oyebanji idowu, and my name is oyebanji tayo.

Pls can i link his payoneer account to my own.
