Having trouble getting through the "My Jobs" listing

Having some issues.

 

The first drop down box didn't work for me to select a category.

 

I did the best I could, but when I selected $ range and went on to the next question, the previous content disappeared.

 

Am I doing something wrong?

 

Help! Thanks in advance for your assistance.

PS I also had a bit of trouble getting the Upwork instructional videos to play all of the way through.
