I have created a profile and submitted proposals. I am yet to start getting work. Please advise how to get my first project on Upwork.

I am a mother of two beautiful kids aged 9 and 7. I want to setup my own freelance practice where I can fulfill my professional aspirations and utilize my experience without compromising on my personal commitments.
