I am here for the first time!

And I have only few questions.

Can you please help me and check my profile, seems to me it looks not enought professional. Probably you can give me few advices! Great Thanks!

Also I noticed rapid drop in my JSS, so may be you have some ideas about this, because I don't have a feedbacks less then 4 stars and only small part of reviews that are below five stars!
