Help button missing, account NOT suspended, connects did not top up on the 1st.

How do I get support if the help button is not showing on my account? ... My connects did not top up on the 1st but I am unable to contact support.

 

 - My account is not suspended

Hi Ted, 


If you check your billing cycle on this page, you will see that your billing cycle does not end until September 8. Your new billing cycle will start on September 9, and your new set of connects will be credited then.

 What is your monthly billing cycle?

 

Connects do not refresh on the 1st of the month (unless that happens to be your monthly billing cycle.)
