I need help with filling my Account Holder Information for a new transaction  ( local bank) 
Tell please- Name on Account - what is that?
An account on upwork or account in my bank ( in English)

Are you referring to adding a new direct to local bank, payment method? If yes, you will need to add your bank account in English. You can also check out this Help Article to learn more about this payment method. Thank you.

 I change my information in the current connected account. I am from Russia, so I fill in the recipient's name in Russian. For bank it is important that the name be 1 in 1 as in the details, written in Russian and in capital letters

I filled all the fields, but I just had a question about field name on  account.
I do not quite understand what account means  in question.
