I'm sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing. I checked this for you and your payment method is verified. Please advise your Freelancer to go to the original job posting and on the right side of it they will be able to see more information about Client who posted that job, in this case, it is you, and there will be presented that your payment method has been verified. Thank you.
