Hi. No new connects are being issued to my profile, since April. What do I do? HELP!

The last I was issued connects was in April. I used all the 60 connects within the first month. two billing periods have passed by, but no new connects have been issued so far. Please help urgently, as it is affecting my work severely!

You only get 60 connects on fresh account.

After that, if you want more, you have to:

-Buy connects

-Buy Upwork membership, you pay monthly and get 70 connects per month.

If you don't buy connect, client can still invite you to interview, this cost 0 connect.

This change has been implemented months ago.

Just figured out!

Although I have been working on upwork since 2015, I took a break from it for 2 years! Thought it was still working the same way it did back then!
