Hello,

I need help. I am a freelancer but I would like to hire a freelancer to do SEO for my website. I can't figure out how to hire a freelancer when I am signed in as a freelancer. Do I need to sign in under a different username? 

I can't seem to request to work with someone. It's very frustrating!!!!

2. Choose New Client Account
3. Once set up, use the Account Menu at the top-right of your screen to switch between using Upwork as a client, freelancer, or agency

No.

You will sign in using the same username and password, and then switch to your "client aspect".
