Hiring

Hi,

Not really new, but been a while since I have hired someone. I posted a job and invited someone that had worked for me before. The problem is, I check off the "HIRE" page, Check box allow freelancer to log time,  Check the box, YES to terms/ user agreement. But the bottom buttons stay "grayed out", I cannot click Hire or Continue.

I thought maybe you need to click on the terms which I tried but same results. 

Any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong?
