Hourly based projects related issue

I was recently hired by a client for an hourly based logo design contract. I completed the work and submitted the files. I ended the contract, left a feedback for the client and client left a feedback as well. I ended the contract from my side. The client also ended it. Now I'm confused because I can't see the job I did on my profile. Also, I can't see the payment in my account. The client said that everything is done. Can anyone guide me when will the job show on my profile and when will the payment be shown in my account?

When you`re working on hourly contracts your clients are billed every Monday for the time tracked in the previous week.
