Hourly rate and specialized profile issue

I am not able to edit my Hourly rate, which is now showing 0usd/hour? and also can't publish the Specialized profile

Hi Debotra,

The reason why you can't edit your hourly rate is because you`re an exclusive member of your agency. Your agency member can change your hourly rate at any moment. Thank you.

Could you please also let me know, why I am not able to add specialized
profiles? It is always throwing error when I am trying to publish.

Did you tried clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with another browser to complete your specialized profile? Thank you.

Yes, I did that, but still getting the same error. I also tried with
Incognito browser.
