Hi, My Hourly Contract Started on 29 Sep. Earnings of the first week should be available by now? It says everything is pending including other fixed Contracts (which is on standard 5 days holds) for the same hourly contract, the Service fee is mentioned to be deducted on 14 Oct.

Hi Muhammad,

When you`re working on hourly contracts your clients are billed every Monday for the time tracked in the previous week. To learn more about how you`re getting paid on Hourly contracts, check out this Help Article. 

Regarding fixed price contracts, once the payment is approved the funds will be available on your account after our 5 days security period is finished. Thank you.
