How Client add advertising budget

Hello, I am an advertiser, and I am new to Upwork. I have a question if the client agrees to work with me to advertise their brand but using an account that I have, how does the client usually send the budget to me? Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out. All financial transactions must be within Upwork. We advise that you wait for the client to send you an offer and once you've accepted it and the contract is active, you may start working on the project.

Thank you for the answer. However, what I was asking is whether there is any way for the client to send me the advertising budget separately from the working fee on Upwork. If this is possible, do I need to make a specific request for it?

Thank you for following up. I would like to clarify that as a freelancer, you pay the freelancer service fee on all earnings, including bonuses. 

As a freelancer, you’ll pay a 10% freelancer service fee on the earnings you make on Upwork. This fee is charged on all your contracts with a client — whether hourly, fixed-price, or a Project Catalog project. You can find more information in this help article.
