How Do I hire someone?

I have like 3 proposals that viewed my post for what I need, but I don't know how to hire them or contact them? I really liked one of the 3, I just don't know how to contact her to hire her. Help.

You should be able to respond to a bid to start the interview process, but I'm not sure how this works from the client side. I've flagged your post so hopefully a mod will come along soon to help you out.
