How I can receive RT badge?

Hello All! I can't get a good project here for a while.. So I'm looking for better strategy  here on Upwork. I've learned about RT program but I don't know why I don't get it..

Could anyone look at my profile and see what's wrong with my profile or what I need to improve?

Rising Talent status is automatically applied to users who's profiles meet all of the requirements. You can have a look at this article about Becoming Rising Talent to see what the exact requirements are that you must meet to obtain a Rising Talent badge on your profile.
