How I can verify my account if I don't have this option in settings menu?

I don't have an option Identity Verification as it said at https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/360010609234-ID-Verification-Badge#

Unless / until you have been asked to verify, you donj't have the option to do so.

If and when Upwork want to verify you, they will let you know.

Hi Yan,

Once you are eligible for the Identity Verification badge, you should be notified through your account, or through an email requesting that you complete the verification process. I can confirm that currently you are not being requested to complete any form of verification on your account.
