I am new on Upwork and could not make any work experience unfortunately. I don't know how can I improve my work experince and get projects to work on which will help me to add new portfolios as well. It is not a problem.According to my knowledge,you can send creative  cover letters that can gain clients attention .So on you can add your works with proposals as an attachment.Best of luck.
